I have been a patient at the NEVADA healthcare clinic for three years. The staff are always very friendly from checking in to checking out. I never have any issues with any of my Prescriptions getting refilled. My provider, PA Spencer Davis has always listened to my needs, and provides excellent care and bedside manner.

I have been to this clinic multiple times. Each time the people have been very kind and willing to help me. I have received timely refills and referrals. All my questions have been answered patiently and with concern. The waiting room is large and pleasant and the workers seem happy to be there and help us. They are proactive and knowledgeable about their jobs. I would highly recommend for your everyday routine medical care needs.

Since I first started going to NV HC Clinic in Elko, the quality of service has declined sharply. The one Dr I have seen sent me to PT (apparently based on personal friendship only not quality of care). That was a waste of five months with absolutely no improvement and depleted my coverage. The PA I had on my last visit was absently preoccupied (even working on the wrong leg and knee that I had no problem with). When the nurse took my temp, she asked if I was feeling ok as it was elevated. That was dismissed, but later that day, I went to Urgent Care. I chose Urgent Care, as the co-pay was $15.00 + cheaper and I didn't have to wait two months for an appointment. The waiting room is almost always empty and it's not because patients are in the back being treated as there are only nurses and a PA in view. If they want to improve and get quality professional staff that won't keep leaving, stop with the constant renovations, treat and train the staff appropriately. Patients come for care and treatment and should receive such with empathy and actual concern. So when are you actually going to follow up? It's been five (5) months now! I did get a call from someone a month ago that said the PA wanted to schedule a follow-up, but couldn't answer what the follow-up was for. I got a letter in the mail (dated 2/10/25 and received 2/15/25) stating that on my visit of 7/23/24 labs were ordered, which I had no knowledge of. I did complete a mammogram and a scan that was ordered. What is going on at this Clinic?

For about 2 or 3 months I have been taking my two children to the dentist just for x-rays, cleanings and as of yesterday for cavities. At the very first visit I explained my son has autism and that last time we had cavities taken care of he had a lot of anxiety and asked if I would need to go somewhere else due to it. This entire time I was assured my son would be just fine. Well, both my children are used to having the laughing gas used on them to have cavities taken care of to ease there nerves. This dentist informed me as my daughter was already anxious and worked up in the chair yesterday they do not provide any of that at this facility that they only use shots yo numb them. Needless to say I ended up waking out and canceling my son's appointment. I will be going else where. What is the disappointing factor is that now we get to find a different dentist and start this whole process over again. I am a single mom who had to take the time off for these appointments which have all just been a waste of our time. I wouldn't suggest any parent to take their children here. To top it all off when they did my daughter's cleaning her mouth hurt for 3 or 4 days later. I don't think this dentist is very educated on his practices with children.
