Was hospitalized not long after having a procedure done here. Also, prescription never sent to VA pharmacy. Bad information given over phone when I brought up concerns about my health and issues I am still suffering after my procedure. They also seem to have consistent issues staying on schedule. This also brings the average of prescriptions sent to the VA versus what patient was told would be sent to a 50% average between the area CNOS offices.
From the time I walked in to this gorgeous facility for my EGD with Dr Sarkisian until the time I walked out I was pleased with the secretary who checked me in, Janet, the CRNA-Denise, Val the GI tech, and all the pre/post nurses (Suzie, Sherri, & Holly) who had helped with my husband with his anxiety and my procedure and to get me in and out as quickly as possible! I enjoyed the experience and would recommend Dr Sarkisian to anyone who needs an EGD and/or colonoscopy.
I'm sincerely disappointed! This is a state of the art facility (5 stars), but, the staff, service, patient hospitality and general patient courtesy has failed us here immensely! This is my experience review and I pray yours is different. Our appointment was scheduled at ten this morning, it is now near noon and there has been no update from a staff member to let us know when the procedure will be. Courtesy; this practice is simple and it goes a long way for a GI5 patient that is nervous (first time), hungry, exhausted and just wants to end this chapter and return home.
I had surgery at riverview surgical center yesterday and cannot say good enough things about this place. Dr. P performed flat foot reconstruction on my left foot. From the moment I got there the front desk worker Jess welcomed us with a smile, and was very friendly. All the nurses were phenomenal. They were very caring and really went out of their way to make the best possible experience it could be. I had anesthesia explain everything very throughly and presented all my options. Dr P was an excellent surgeon. He has great bedside manner and and is very compassionate about his work. I wish I could have remembered everyone’s name. Thank you everyone that assisted with my care. You all went over and beyond expectations. I will be happy to have my right foot surgery here, and highly recommend it!!
I had so much anxiety before my foot surgery and I would love to tell everyone that absolutely there was no need to have that!! From the georgous waiting room to ALL of the sincerely comforting people from beginning to end of my surgery!!! Even when my IV was put in, I didn't even know they were finished!! THANK YOU ALL for putting me truly at ease!!! Dr. Phisitkul, your kind professionalism made all the difference with my experience with surgery.......THANK YOU:)
