The office and surgery center are absolutely amazing. All employees I had contact with were outstanding, They explained the preop procedures day of surgery, no wondering about what they were doing. Dr. Smedley is so kind and friendly. He explained to me throughout surgery what to expect. I had my second eye done today, the first one 2 weeks ago it was 20/20 the next week. Oregon Trail Eye Center should be everyone 1st choice of care, I can’t say enough good. They gave me my sight back what a gift. Thanks to All Karen S

Everything is very well organized in the office. It's a smooth operation. The nurses are friendly, and I felt cared for. Dr. Collier does a wonderful job of explaining everything. I thought it would be terrible, and it wasn't at all. Except the lobby music. That's dreadful. 😅

They do a great job of listening to your concerns and helping to find a solution while keeping you informed on what is going on around you and with your vision. Dr. Harkins is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen as well as see what the problem is. Dr. Harkins has a great bedside manner and is very understanding with great follow through. He keeps the family updated and well informed.
