First, I had questions regarding the prep items used, when I called the lady at the scheduling desk, was down right rude, the product miralax that is used for cleaning out your system is not good for your body. They dont care. My husband started the process 2 hrs earlier then suggested he was still up most of the night on the toilet. This morning they call him back and do not allow me his wife back while they get him ready. Will you come tell me when he goes ba k for the procedure nope, we will come get you for discharge. Nice We will never return, and my husband has to have a colonoscopy yearly.

Fast procedure when I went in for an upper GI endoscopy. The nurses were caring. My only complaint was propofol... Once administered I was in tears and cried during the entire recovery time. Fortunately the nurses were kind.
