They was over 2 hours late to do the surgery, then no communication at all. Left us in waiting room while everyone left for the night, with zero updates on anything. This is the worse place for surgery

The north platte surgery center has been one of the worst experiences we've had with doctors in this town. From the minute that my daughter woke up and had to be taken back in to surgery because they screwed up to the treatment afterwards and being sent to collections months before the deadline I was told. Even though I was paying what I could and doing everything in my power to work with them and what they wanted me to do besides make THEIR "affordable" payment plan of over 300 a month. I was told that we got sent to collections because of "inactivity" on the account-that we HAD been paying what we could on. My daughter still has night terrors over this experience also. I will do everything in my power to have nothing to do with them ever again.

One of the nurses was awful. Not everyone has a drug addiction. Don't treat everyone like they do.
