Great place. Very clean. Kind and friendly staff. The nurse and tech were very nice, helped ease pre-op anxiety by keeping family in waiting room informed of the next step and expected wait time. This place came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend to you :) BTW Dr Thomas is excellent

This morning, I brought my Father in for his cataract surgery. Mind you, the cost was paid in full the day before. However, after checking in with the receptionist, she stated rudely to my Father, "You need to pay $600." My Father expressed to her that it's been paid in full. Instead of checking with billing, she continued to argue with him, which led me to step up. I told her that the bill was paid in full and she needed to check with billing. The point is, she should've called billing before I mentioned it instead of trying to embarrass my Father. She was extremely unprofessional. Regardless if she was having a bad day or has a problem with people of color, she didn't need to treat us that way. She sure treated the other patients in the room differently. They need to do some more training with this receptionist or let her go. On the other hand, the doctors and nurses were pleasant to work with. But until they fix this issue, I don't recommend going here if customer service doesn't come first.
