All of the team were so very nice and comforting, they explained things well, sat with me in recovery, and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciate their compassion, bedside manner, and patience. I would definitely recommend Hastings Surgical Center to anyone having a procedure. I did not feel dismissed, rushed or ignored. I am a very private person and felt like my privacy was a priority and respected 100%.

I have had a total of three procedures in the last six months on my right eye. The first two were at Mary Lanning, and that staff was great, I am not knocking them at all. But the staff here was over the top when it came to focusing on me and making sure I was comfortable.

I had surgery here almost a week ago. I was very nervous going into it because I had never had surgery before, but the nurses were all very kind. They talked me through everything they were doing and told me what to expect. My surgeon and anesthesiologist also came in to talk to me to tell me what they would be doing. I also didn't have to wait very long at all, they got me all prepped and ready to go then had me in the OR in no time! Overall, It was a great experience. Any future surgeries I have will be done here.

This place is absolutely fantastic my wife had to have a D&C and she had never had a surgery done before so she was feeling scared but this pre-op nurse Kristi did such a great job of explaining everything and just made her feel at ease everybody here went above and beyond to take care of her and her needs and also gave me a soda to drink. So now that this place did such a great job it took away most of her fears of hospitals. Thanks
