I have now had 2 surgeries here and the staff is wonderful. Nurses were jumping in to help as I needed, very friendly and bedside manner is great. Everyone here did everything they could to keep my comfy. I had surgery on my hips and my left hip was the only one they used stitches to close me up the right was just tape. The stitches were pulled way too tight and my incisions were ¼" raised because the sutures were so tight. There was no aftercare or instructions for the stitches which I have never had. They are not infected(confirmed by doctor) but they are VERY irritated because they were pulled so tight and the knots are now embedded in my skin along with some of the tails which I cleaned and pulled out. When I told my surgeons team about this they said it looked normal. I have asked for a second professional opinion and was told they are too tight.

All of the staff were so kind. They took excellent care in making sure I felt comfortable, and let me know in advance what they would be doing and what I would be experiencing. I am so grateful I was referred to go here!

Such a nice calm place. Nurse Laurel is wonderful and has a knack for keeping people calm prior to surgery. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my husband.

The front staff is horrible and extremely rude both before and after my surgery. Don't waste your breath asking them questions or you will be snapped at and treated badly. Nursing staff is there to get you out of the building and not concerned about the patient or questions. Horrible place to have a surgery. I do not recommend them or anyone that uses this center.

I can give nothing but excellent reviews of Big Sky Surgery Center . I had my first surgery there yesterday and the entire staff made me feel reassured and safe, as it is especially hard that you can't bring a companion with you due to the Coronavirus. They held my hand when I was nervous. Every member of staff talked me through every thing that was happening and what to expect. The recover room nurse I had was the sweetest! I would recommend this Center to anyone I know.
