My first experience getting surgery and I could not have asked for a better experience! They mentioned and apologized for "running late" that morning but I didn't even notice with how smoothly everything went. Not only was physical comfort considered thoroughly, but mental and emotional comfort as well. This was accomplished by us being completely informed throughout the process to make decisions that felt right to me, and an incredibly friendly and supportive team. While every single person who my husband and I encountered was exceptional (from check-in, to pre op, the individuals in the operating room, and all the way through post op and being wheeled out to our car), I would like to give a special shout out to Sara and John. They were with me at different parts of my experience, but they both never made me feel rushed, met me where I was at with how quickly I wanted to move, were very thoughtful, and were encouraging and supportive.

Just had pretty extensive knee surgery here a few days ago. Everyone from the front desk to the various nurses and the anesthesiologist were really very pleasant to work with. The anesthesiologist especially was fantastic and the entire time I felt like I was in great hands and that the staff listened to me. I wasn’t just another patient in a bed, but a live person with value and a story. Bravo!

I had my first surgery with these guys today, and I was very impressed with their professionalism, kindness, compassion, and care. From the minute we walked in, to the minute I left over 6 hours later. The anesthesiologist Ben, and Dr. Beamer were both thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and overall great to work with. Ben sat by my side through the whole procedure, just to be sure everything went well and i stayed comfortable. Special shout out to Sarah, in pre op and Molly in Post op. They made a scary situation SO much better than I thought it was going to be. Very professional but kind, friendly, and all the things. Molly even gave my daughter a stuffy and stickers for being such a good helper. 1000% pleased with RMSC.

I would highly recommend going here. My daughter just had knee surgery here yesterday. This is a well run, extremely professional center. The staff, anesthesiologist, doctor, surgeon and nurses were all incredibly experienced and kind. They all made us feel comfortable and cared for. My daughter was nervous as this was her first surgery, and they did everything to make sure she was at ease. They made a hard situation so much easier.

I loved my experience at the surgical center! All of the nurses were so incredibly kind to me before and after surgery- very attentive, very sweet, I felt very cared for and supported. I’ve had two procedures done there, one under sedation, and one under general anesthesia and they’re been fabulous both times. They even did a follow up call to make sure I was ok and to answer any questions I may have had! Truly an awesome facility. I was so scared to have my procedure, they calmed me right down and everything went really smoothly! Thanks guys!!
