I have been going to the eye clinic for several years. All my visits and surgeries were pleasant experiences. Dr Lagreca is an excellent surgeon who really listens and is very attentive. He explains things carefully in layman's language. His staff is the best. Always caring, informative, and patient. You leave feeling as though you have made a friend, as well. I've never had a question about instructions because of the high level of work & information. Dr. Miller was professional and informative. I told him I could handle technical information and he answered all my questions. I'm very impressed.
Bait and Switch. I went in for my yearly free visit, confirmed it with my insurance and upon check in. They then send me a bill for $46.00 great creative billing. Get your quote in writing and always make sure everything is covered by your insurance. These guys are greedy and don't let them rip you off! Doctorcwas terrible as well. He says nothing during the process. Just an all around terrible experience. Worst ever.
Dr. La Greca & his entire staff are the most caring & knowledgeable, I have received excellent care there for my cataract surgery for both my eyes. I have had the same excellent care for my retina surgeries. I would highly recommend coming here!!!!!
This is my last resort to try and contact this eye clinic. I have called FIVE TIMES in the last four months and I have always left a detailed message and have NEVER gotten a response back. However, they keep on sending a bill in the mail that I have been trying to contact them about for months. *This is for their Red Lodge Clinic but posting here because all run by the same people* Backstory: I had a standard eye appointment to check my eyes and get my numbers needed so I could order glasses. I went and asked not once, but THREE times if this clinic accepted vision insurance. They said they did not and only accept medical health insurance. This was confirmed by a document displayed at the front desk. This was good for me, as I do not have vision insurance and told them so. The front desk said that's okay because they do not accept vision insurance anyways and it's a doctors office. I go to my appointment, hand them my insurance card, and the front desk person runs it and says it's been accepted. I do my appointment and as I leave they say my total cost is $31 (the rest being covered by insurance). I leave, happy my insurance covered this appointment I needed to get my new glasses. A few weeks later, I get a letter in the mail from Eye Clinic Surgicenter. It says I owe a bill. I say, that can't be, and I call their billings number. I talk to a woman, who says she is going to get someone to call me after I explain the whole situation. No one calls, and I assume they figured it out. A month and half goes by, and I get another letter, with the same bill. I call, no answer. I leave a message. No one ever calls me back. This happens FOUR MORE TIMES. Today I just got ANOTHER letter in the mail, and this is my desperation for someone, anyone, to reach out to me. Someone at your office blatantly lied about what insurance you do and do not accept. This is at no fault of my own. When I tried to reach out to explain I was met with no phones being answered and "it's complicated." It's not complicated. I chose this eye clinic solely because they said and had documentation that they only accepted normal health insurance and did not take vision insurance. Respond with a message and call me back. This is ridiculous. (fyi, I have never left a google review, positive or negative, in my entire life)
The rudest, most unprofessional, unorganized physicians office I have encountered. Not enough seating in the lobby despite having 8 chairs roped off for “surgeries” that were finished in the am as I was told. Not one person from “surgery” sat in those chairs. Elderly people forced to stand and wait for hours (see below) Doctor was running 1.5 hours late, they laughed and said it’s usually longer because he sees 70 Patients in a day (comes in from slc) Waited an additional 1.5 hours to see doc. No apologizes, nothing. 3 hour wait. Instead of finding chairs for these people that were standing they decided to have conversations with the rep from Aflac that stopped in. After exam, doctor told me I needed to see the other eye doctor in the practice, when I went up to schedule they told me he was only taking surgical patients (I don’t know if will need surgery until I see the doctor). I explained I was told this doctor was the only one that handled my issue. The receptionist shrugged and the other one chimed in “that’s not true”. So I started to ask her who else and she turned around and started talking to someone else. Rude, unprofessional, unorganized mess. Avoid!
