I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not choose this place for your medical needs. ONE WEEK before surgery I was called and told I needed to pay the out-of-pocket amount prior to surgery, and that no payment plan could be arranged other than putting half the amount down up-front. I explained that we don't have that type of money sitting around. The manager could not have been less understanding, or less helpful. They were rude to my situation, and offered no alternative. I explained, if given more notice regarding this policy, I could have made alternative arrangements, but they did not care at all--I was essentially told that verbatim, and told by the manager to "open up a new credit card." Not an option for everyone. So I will remain in pain, while I search for a new doctor.

Very caring staff with a very clean facility. Excellent Doctors and nurses. I was a nervous wreck prior to surgery , but that diminished almost immediately after meeting receptionist , nurses and Sergions.

I was there today and Dr Hurford and nurse Diana were amazing. I'm a frequent flyer for surgeries (chronic kidney stones, 3 Back surgeries, cancer and a few others). They went way beyond what other hospitals have done. The kindness was so important to me. Even if my awesome nurse spent half the visit punching me in my head (btw they don't charge extra for that). I wish I could give these ladies 6 stars. My whole visit was fantastic (Still hurt). If you are thinking about going there you made the right choice.

Had a great experience here. From the front desk, to the nursing staff, to the doctors, everyone was very patient and comforting. Not that I want more surgery, but I would be happy for a return visit.

The nursing and anesthesia staff at St. Louis Spine are extremely kind and took very good care of me! They made sure I was comfortable during my stay and were very respectful of my desire to stay masked. My OR team even sent me a get well soon card after my procedure. I would definitely recommend this place to others who need orthopedic surgery.
