This place was very unprofessional, the facility was unclean they had a lobby packed full when I got there on time. I felt like cattle when taken back to procedure area the music was blaring. My first experience with staff was a barrage of questions. I really needed to use restroom, I had an hour drive to get there , when I asked where I could use the restroom I wasn't even acknowledged, I was expected to answer her questions before I could do that. When I asked again she replied, well if you have to go now there's a bathroom to the left it don't lock, I have trouble walking she never offered any kindness or help. They were more interested in protecting them selfs legally, I will be speaking with the Dr. that sent me there. The doctor was questionable and he gave me what seemed to be generic rehearsed answers. I will be taking with my doctor. I came away with more questions than answers. I feel that there may be some fraud involved. I don't trust that business, it can't possibly be a real medical facility. I WILL MAKE SURE TO WARN ANYONE I TALK TO NEVER ALLOW YOU'RE DOCTOR TO SEND YOU THERE.

Everyone was great. Dr. Tariq was very informative was my results. All the crew made me feel very at ease for my first Colonoscopy.

Dr. Omran is a fantastic provider, but their billing department is an absolute joke. Called to set up a payment plan and agreed to a monthly amount of $158. Instead they charged me for the entire balance on my account (over $500) and cleared my bank account to 0. The issue was fixed in a relatively timely manner but not without a runaround by “representatives”. Mistakes happen of course, but an apology for charging me an unauthorized amount and literally stealing my money would have been appreciated.

Disappointing and Unprofessional As a medical professional, I was shocked by the lack of basic patient care here. Staff spent more time complaining about their schedules than focusing on patients — it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. They had me get dressed about 5 mins after waking up and made me walk out ( did not put me in a wheelchair) while I was groggy and unsteady from anesthesia,I nearly fell and had to grab her arm for balance — not exactly the post-op care anyone should get. After leaving, I got a strange call from the office warning me not to drive because “the cops are watching and they have cameras,” even though I wasn’t driving. It felt invasive and unnecessary. Very odd atmosphere. I recommend SSM Hospital or any place that treats patients with respect.

All the staff was great except Ashlei. I requested my IV in my elbow. She didn’t even acknowledge. She checked my hand and my thumb. She chose my thumb and it hurt like crazy. Kerry could she hurt me and was trying to keep my occupied. Then after she was done she pushed on and around it asking me questions. When I winced and told her it hurt she didn’t respond. Then she told me I was going to have a bruise because I held my breath after she hurt me. My bruise is from the back of my hand and wrist around to my forearm. My veins are good. They don’t collapse or roll. I have a had a few people tell me she probably missed. Next time I’m requesting someone that knows what the hell they are doing. I will say this was the worst experience out of the 4 times we have been there.
