My husband came to this facility in hopes of gaining a better understanding of his condition. He was experiencing very uncomfortable bloating, gas and digestive issues. He explained his symptoms and was not given any extensive exploratory tests or resolution. They never took any bloodwork, they didn't run any scopes to see what was going on internally just told him to drink Miralax and come back in a week or so if the symptoms continue. Very disappointed with the level of care we received. This is not a great facility and the doctors are sub-par. I would not recommend at all. I could have saved money and googled the information myself which it appears that's what they did. No recommendation from me, or better yet I recommend choosing another facility.

My experience was mixed. I felt Dr Chandra dismissed my gallbladder hietal hernia issues, and also failed to diagnosis EPI of pancreas. She discounted all my symptoms stating it was muscular in nature..well ive since had my hernia repaired, gall bladder removed and medication for pancreas. However, she did accurately diagnose autoimmune gastritis, but this was only a small portion. They immediately gave me medication samples to take without really explaining why? What for..the medical assistant was rude and seemed annoyed by my complaints...I transferred to Dr Todda Saint Lukes East ..Superior..totally listened and helped me! Took a year but im better.

I transferred care from my previous provider to Dr. Chandra and from start to finish this has been the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office. The staff who took my initial call were extremely kind, patient and professional. They even managed to fit me into a cancellation spot the day after I called so I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The office is very clean and welcoming, every person I interacted with was friendly. Dr. Chandra took so much time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions, and seemed to genuinely care unlike my previous doctor at another practice. I left feeling so optimistic that I will be feeling better soon and that I’m well taken care of. I literally called my friends and family when I left because I was so happy with my experience here.

Hands down one of the best medical facilities in the area. some of the friendliest and most well informed staff I've ever worked with. Sad to see the closure of the surgery center because the same applied to everyone over there too.

I highly recommend this place! Everyone we have dealt with there have been so kind. Nurse Practioner Sarah went above and beyond even calling me on her day off and helping me take care of an urgent need. Dr Taormina, was very kind as well. The nurses actually answer their phones regularly and are easy to get ahold of. Just a great experience, being cared for by them!
