From the time I entered the building everybody was so pleasant and nice. It was very refreshing. I love the little girl that checked me in. I loved the little girl that took me back to the rim and got me all comfy. I love the doctor. He was awesome and great. Very pleasant. I loved his assistant. She was great in every way. I would recommend this place to anyone that has to do anything with their skin.

On my 1st visit regarding a suspicious spot on my nose I received excellent professional services from patient intake to discharge. Austin Shandley (along with Ryan & Paige) saw me in a timely manner, thoroughly discussed my concerns and options for care. After a skin exam and consultation Austin Shandley performed a noninvasive procedure we'd agreed upon on the suspicious spot on my nose and we agreed on my follow up plan. I now consider myself a patient of Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center's dermatology practice.

The two medical assistants helping Dr. Cohen today perfectly explained the MOHS procedure to remove the tiny bit of skin cancer I had, as well as the reasons for the actions they were taking. Dr. Cohen is very pleasant and efficient - my first time meeting him since becoming a patient here several years ago. He kept up a bit of chatter while removing the offending spot on my forehead, and several times asked if I was doing alright. He wanted to be sure I had no pain during the procedure. The in-house lab confirmed after about 45 minutes that Dr. Cohen had obtained clean margins. I was stitched up and given specific wound care instructions for the next few days. I appreciate the friendly, yet professional, staff at KC Skin and Cancer Center in the Northland.

Excellent nursing staff here! I was also very impressed with Dr. Cohen as well. Thank you for providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I appreciate all of my questions being answered in a kind and compassionate manner as well. My wait time in the lobby area was a bit longer than expected but I might have gone during a busy time.
