Dr. Reams , is a Great Doctor a great person to talk with, it’s a good drive to go to the office but well worth it. Dr Zono has brought relief to my wife’s plantar fasciitis and got her up moving quickly Hope to see both doctors attending the Blue Springs clinic regularly.

I honestly couldn’t thank enough for the superb service and professionalism of the doctors who took very good care of me while I’m in for an outpatient procedure. I only trust St. Luke’s for my overall health. Thank you for your kindness.

I was sent to this location by my GI for a procedure. The nurses and doctors who provided me care were incredible. My main issue was due to the fact that I was mocked in front of other patients by the receptionist and manager for not being able to afford the surgery that day, having not been told prior that I couldn't have the procedure without paying the 5,000 dollar bill first. To be fair to this team, they had attempted to contact me prior to the surgery, just stating that they needed to discuss my balance, but I was unable to answer due to some horrible things that happened that week in my personal life. When I shared that I had been unable to answer due to those circumstances, the team continued to berated me in the lobby. Not once did the team at this location mention financial assistance or go over other options with me. When I broke down sobbing, they took the last bit of money I had in my account and allowed the procedure to continue. The management team here overall seems to care little for the people that are walking in the doors. I'm not someone who says bad things about my poor experiences with companies, this is actual my first ever review, I just couldn't ignore how hateful and apathetic this admin team was. I just am disappointed in this facility and will never return to a Saint Luke's facility unless I am dead and dragged there by an ambulance.

In a consultation, a St Luke's hospital physician told me to reach out to the surgery center for an estimate. The estimate I received was for the facility only, I later received bills for the surgeon, greatly increasing the price. The cost of an optional surgery increased 8X, $280 to $2400. I would not have elected to have the procedure, had known the true bill. This is as close to a scam as you can get.

Very caring people is what made me give 5 stars. From the time of my arrival to my departure. I highly recomend the staff, nurses and doctors. They should all get a pay increase at their next review.
