Nancy Belcher

Today I had a colonoscopy at this great facility. Cindy at the reception desk was warm and welcoming at 6:30 am. Jamie, my RN, was kind, efficient and thorough. Dr. Swicegood (sorry for the spelling), the Anesthesiologist was kind, caring and patient. Megan the nurse in the operating room was also kind, friendly and helpful. Dr Dundulis was excellent also. He explained things before and after.. Terry, the RN after the procedure was wonderful, making my visit filled with laughter and kindness. If you need an operation please consider this wonderful facility and I hope your experience will be as amazing as mine.

These wonderful people in all departments have treated me so professionally, very kind, I have faith in them. They accidentally on purpose found my husband’s lung cancer during a different test. I would probably would’ve gone undiagnosed it wasn’t for them. Thank You so much.

I am still recovering, I had my ankle stabilization surgery yesterday, but I wanted to time some time to leave a review. The people I interacted with in the surgery center were lovely! I was incredibly nervous. I had never gone under a surgery like this. But the nurse who helped me prep for the surgery, Jody, was so sweet! So reassuring. She took her time with my IV. She was very patient and warm. She got me blanets and made sure I was comfortable. I had to get a nerve block in my leg and that wasn't something I was prepared for. But they made it easy and as painless as possible. The gentleman who did it was funny, and he checked in on me often. As of now, I still can't move my toes haha. Going into and getting through surgery was smooth and efficient. They made sure to be professional and had great bedside manner. Lastly, Dr. Duke is fantastic! I am not anywhere near fully healed yet, but he is straightup and honest. He was respectful of my choices and answered any questions I had. They all made sure I knew what was happening when. Overall, I would definitely recommend JCMG to anyone needing to go through what I did. I tore two tendons in my last November. Dr. Duke/JCMG got me in quick and worked with me every step of the way.

Awesome experience here. I highly recommend using this facility. The staff was super friendly and extremely thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen. The doctors were also very detailed in their explanations. The facility itself was top notch. I was very pleased with my experience at JCMG Surgery Center.

This is a great facility, and the staff was excellent. From the kindness shown at check in, to the attentiveness provided during surgical prep and through the postoperative experience I felt genuinely cared for as a person. They were running behind but were still positive and professional. They communicated the issue clearly and let’s be honest, who is in a rush to get into surgery anyway? They delivered a great experience and while I don’t want another surgery, if it’s ever recommended then I’d be quite happy to receive care here.
