We had a wonderful experience at this surgery center. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, considerate, and professional (especially our pre and post op nursing staff). Our child was having a procedure, and they did an outstanding job of making him feel comfortable and supported during a time that was understandably filled with anxiety for both him and us as parents. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the treasure chest full of trinkets for kids to choose from, which helped brighten the mood. Additionally, the center provided coffee and snacks for families, which was a nice gesture. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, and the entire space was impeccably maintained with great attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their hard work and care. We truly appreciate everything you did to make this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The nurses were awesome The administration was awful Recd a call before the surgery asking "can you pay your out of pocket cost of $1000". What the heck She was the most rude person I have ever spoken to. So I pay my OOP Come to find out I owed about $200 less Think it will be easy to get my refund or interest owed while it sat in their accounts?

Had a mid-foot fusion today and it was a good experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the nurses were wonderful. My anesthesiologist Dr. Ras was amazing, as was my orthopedic surgeon Dr. Kiewiet! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommended! I’ll be back in 6 months to do the other foot!

I am so happy I chose to come here. I had Naomi for my pre-op and Penny for my post-op care. The were both fantastic! They were very attentive! Penny went as far to make sure I was pain free before leaving, she had the anesthesiologist come back to redo my block since the 1st one (before surgery) didn't work. The anesthesiologist was great and came back to redo the block...he felt horrible thar it didn't work the first time. This place was awesome!

I've had multiple surgical procedures over the past 12 months, but this was my first time at Centerpoint and with Dr. Shaw. I am so thankful for each person I met during this process. Every single person listened to me, which was evident in the specific questions they asked. Most of my experiences at other places have not been this way. From check in to check out, each person I encountered remained professional, yet were very compassionate and great at their job. I can't thank them enough for how they treated and cared for me. I would feel confident recommending Dr Shaw and the team I had at Centerpoint Ambulatory Surgery Center today. Thank you again.
