Top notch facility with a top notch staff. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience as everyone was so polite with the BEST bed side manner I have ever seen. All my questions were addressed with care and concern by everyone involved. Dr. Llorens was AMAZING and explained everything in terns I could understand. Literally such a smooth experience. The nurse was so skilled, kind and personable. Dr Anderson was down to earth and so caring. He made you feel comfortable immediately. He was thorough and willing to take the time to listen and explain the procedure and results. Though I dreaded the procedure it was professionally done and I was so well taken care of. Thank you to my nurse and Dr anderson, you were both amazing!

I had a colonoscopy procedure today at Columbia Endoscopy Center. I arrived on time and was greeted right away by the front desk ladies who checked me in quickly. I then went back to the pre-op area where Dr. Matthew Struttmann greeted me and introduced himself and about how the procedure process should go and asked for any questions. I was impressed that he was the first into the room. My nurse then came in and put in the IV with no complications. She was very considerate, helpful and always with a smile. The anesthesiologist then entered the room, introduced himself and asked several questions then explained how the anesthesia would be administered. I was then taken back for the procedure. Next thing I know, i wake up in post op room and my nurse already had my spouse there to be with me. She went over the findings of the procedure along with paperwork and instructions for my release. Dr . Struttman then came in and we discussed the procedure and any follow up I was then released with a walk to the door where my ride (spouse) was waiting. I have to say I am very impressed with the overall visit and will not hesitate to use the facility and Dr. Struttmann again if the need arises.
