I had knee surgery here February 4th. Dr. Moore was my anesthesiologist, he was so kind and very informative. His team was awesome. Helen and Jeff were my RN's. Both so so nice. Jeff took excellent care of me during post op. I truly appreciate you guys!

I had a Colonoscopy this morning at St Marys Surgical Center in Blue Springs. Throughout the process from start to exit, the communication was outstanding and everyone i encountered was friendly, caring and professional. There were no gray areas. I truly was treated and cared for as a welcome guest and everything was prompt and turnkey. This is my third procedure, and where the other two were good, this one was the very best. Thank you to the very kind, smiling and professional staff of nurses including (in order) Misty, Nonni (sp), Nicole and Helen for your great care and comfort. And for laughing at my jokes. Thank you to Dr Namin for your great work, consultation and recap of the procedure. I am extremely happy that I chose St Mary’s Surgical Center and this team for this procedure. If there were more stars to give as a rating I would have done so. Highly Highly recommend St Mary’s Surgical Center in Blue Springs. Blue Springs is blessed to have St Marys Surgical Center and St Marys Medical Center as a pillar for health care in its community.

I have no complaints about the care that I received. They listened to my concerns and did their best to make me comfortable. However, if you need to call them, either before the day of your surgery or after you get home from having your surgery, no one answers the phone and no one responds to the message you leave. This is a HUGE negative for a surgery center. They also will not call you back when they tell you that they will. I had a nurse call me prior to my surgery and I asked her a question she didn't have an answer for and told me that she'd call me back. She never did. So, just be aware that no phone calls or call backs are ever responded to!

To the Administrator: I have never given a review on a colonoscopy! I just want you (and everybody else) to know what a medical staff you have on board. They are Dr. Namin, Helen, Noni, Katie, Rachael, not to mention the person that checked me in and walked me out. I have never left a medical procedure feeling like I just made new friends. The professionalism was spot on and the experience that Dr. Namin and staff has is plainly evident. The prayer over the PA system is also a welcomed touch. Keep the the good work people. You can truly be proud of your selves.
