My experience here was great! The staff were good at communicating and making it clear that if I had any questions or needed anything they were happy to help. I felt like I was in good hands and was well looked after by the nurse before and after surgery. They even phoned a few days after just to check in on how I was healing. I would reccomend to my friends and family!

I have got my Upper Endoscopy here. The day of surgery, the staff there have taken care of me well. And they gave me very payment options too. Whenever I call them for a receipt or any other information post surgery, they were so prompt and provided whatever the info or receipts I asked. It was nice experience with them.

I’m giving two stars because of the front desk as well as the communication from phone to post surgery. The communication between myself & the insurance coordinator/billing department were great, but the front desk of this facility is astonishingly awful. There will be a formal complaint written to the state because I know every patient deserves more care and professionalism than this place can offer. Most of the nurses and the anesthesiologist were wonderful, but I am questioning a couple things in regards to the post surgical protocols which I’ll be detailing in my formal complaint. I do not recommend this facility, in fact I urge you (if you can) to steer clear of this place. It is a surgery CENTER, meaning you are just a number here. Not a person getting a major (or minor) surgery; only a number. Update after reading your response: if you see this review as concerning, then you must know your obligation is to call the patient and inquire further. It is most certainly not to answer in such a way that you have with a patient’s review. You spoke to my mom, Elle Breech 24 hours after surgery, If you did your homework, you’d know exactly what we think of your facility.

Giving two stars because the nursing staff was wonderful. But my costs were MUCH too high for an in-network provider. When I asked why they practiced Balance Billing (illegal in some states) I was told that's the game everyone plays. Would seriously consider not using this provider again.

Nurses were good. Billing department is confusing, rude, and unhelpful. Hard to believe this place is any more economical than going to the big hospitals. One minor outpatient surgery here cost more than my hospital stay a couple years ago.
