Went to the doctor on Tuesday, my appointment was at 10:30am but I didn't leave until 1:00pm. After seeing the doctor she was suppose to send my medicine over to CVS and here it is Thursday and it hasn't been sent over, let alone I called from 10 this morning until 5:00 this evening to try and get them to send my medicine and no one picked up the phone. Its bad communication and work ethic there.

I felt heard and seen by Dr. Duncan and his staff. The service was excellent! They are a group of not only caring, but also thorough medical professionals. Dr. Duncan left no stone unturned when it came to my concerns with my health. I wish all doctors acted with such compassion and understanding.

Had an appointment set up to have a colonoscopy done. Went through the entire preparation (you can imagine what), just to be told my appointment was canceled the day I showed up. Apparently they canceled it previously, they did call me a week before (the day I got married so I definitely didn't pay attention to my phone), but never left a voicemail, text message, or email that the appointment was canceled. Showed up empty-bowled, because my insurance didn't cover the procedure, and would've cost me. $850 out-of-pocket otherwise. Just disappointed, because I feel like there should at least be a voicemail and email/text message left.
