10/10 stars. Came in for a procedure first thing on a Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised. Check in was flawless and didn’t have to wait around for an hour to go back. EVERYONE was so kind and caring towards me the entire procedure from pre-op to recovery afterwards.

Husband had to have gallbladder removed and this clinic went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, informed, and confident in his care. The clinic allowed me to stay with him until his procedure and when things took a turn left, the nurses kept me in the loop the whole time. They managed his pain and were truly caring while he was recovering. So thankful for surgicare and its team

I had a procedure done on the 24th of September 2024 and I have to say how great these folks were. From the check in to the time I left all of the ladies were exceptionally great! The lady who checks vitals even asked for if she could pray for me and done so with my permission. When my procedure was over they even assisted me in getting dressed. I was treated with great respect the whole time I was there. To the crew I would like to say thank you for the great service you provided to me.

This place is horrible!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER!!! I personally will NEVER go back here again!! I came in for a simple lymphoma removal on my arm. I have HORRIBLE anxiety and I told them that I had to be put under in some way shape or form but I couldn’t be aware of what was going on because I would be traumatized. They told me that I would be sedated. After a hassle before my surgery and the anesthesiologist asking me 101 questions and the doctor coming in I told EVERYONE that if they could not sedate me then I didn’t want the surgery and they still said that it wouldn’t be a problem. I was given an iv mild sedation that just calms you down. When I got to the back they gave me something else that made me feel loopy but nothing to ever go to sleep. I was strapped down to this table where I couldn’t move while they numbed my arm and proceeded to cut it open and operate. I was awake. I was crying the whole time. I begged them to stop and nobody listened to me. I have NEVER been ignored by medical professionals before so I am completely heartbroken. I will NEVER BE BACK!! You don’t even treat animals like this!! I was told that the numbing medication in my arm would last 6 HOURS. It did NOT my arm was hurting during surgery and I told them and nobody listened to me and it hurt after surgery and it’s still hurting as I am waiting for my pain medicine. I feel like this is the kind of treatment that you get if you were on death row about to die!! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! I’m completely traumatized!! I am more traumatized now than I was when I got shot 7 times!!!

Everyone was terrific. The nurses were amazing. My doctor and anesthesiologist were running late but the nurse kept me updated the entire time. I was about to ask them to take my IV out and reschedule on day that the anesthesiologist was not working. He was rude and had no beside manner. I asked my doctor for a different one. The only reason I stayed was because of my wonderful doctor, Darden North. I would definitely us Surgicare again but not that anesthesiologist.
