I had been dealing with a large kidney stone and Dr. Moss had to put a stent in and removed the stent after a week and crushed the stone and I was finally able to pass it. Went back for my check up and everything looked great. Dr. Moss is an awesome doctor. All the staff was very nice as well.

I had symptoms of a kidney stone for about 2 weeks. Not wanting to seek medical treatment, I thought I could ride it out. Monday morning, August 10th 2:30 in the morning required an emergency room visit to my local hospital. After confirmation of a stone and some medicine for the pain, it was suggested that I call Mississippi Urology. I called at 8:30 in the morning and had an appointment at 1:30 that afternoon. After some discussion of treatment options, I eagerly opted for the removal of the stone at the next available time. The following day at 1:30 pm I was having the procedure to remove this stone. In only 29 hours, I made an initial call for an appointment to having this thing surgical removed. Amazing!!!! Dr. Daily and the staff were very informative throughout the whole process. I cannot express how thankful I am of the urgency given to me. There is no rating high enough for this entire organization. They truly took patient care to the next level.

⭐ I visited Mississippi Urology in Jackson, MS for a prostate biopsy with Dr. Blalock. The biopsy procedure itself went well, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit. However, after the procedure, I was very disappointed with the follow-up care. Instead of reviewing my biopsy results with me, Dr. Blalock had his receptionist call to inform me that I had cancer. When I asked questions, she understandably could not answer them. I requested to speak directly with Dr. Blalock, but was told he was unavailable. I asked for a return call and, despite waiting over two months, I have never heard back from him. Clear communication and support are crucial when delivering such life-changing news, and unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. While the staff was excellent, my experience with post-procedure communication was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Dr. Blalock as an attending physician. I received no personal attention, communication or explanations offered of my biopsy or cancer. ⸻
