Nurse Kayla in pre op was awesome and the post op care nurse was great to. The OR nurse that came and got me was sweet and cheerful. Dr Baten did my procedure. He is a great doctor. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I was told to be at MAE for 8am but wasn’t taken back to pre-op till a little after 10. I was in preop 2 hrs before I went to surgery. There were screaming children right across from me waiting to have oral surgery. The only real pain I am having is where the esophageal tube was placed. It hurts like the devil! The right side of my throat is very tender and painful. This is the first time I have experienced that.

The surgical procedure I recently had here went very well. The staff here are very professional and display a great amount of caring and empathy for the patients. It was very easy to get in and out for my driver which was very beneficial for me. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience here.

There are to many other places to have surgery. My experience with this facility was horrible. Read the previous reviews and think about it before you go to Mae Surgery Center.

I had eye surgery at MAE. As pleasant an experience as surgery can be. I was seen promptly, everyone was pleasant and professional.

This clinic is horrible. Had a 830 appointment for a 30 minute procedure. We waited over 4 hours before they took my dad back for the procedure.
