Waiting time was longer than it should be. After I got in, all of the staff was great. Dr Jones and his assistant explained everything in detail and very easy and friendly to deal with. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the wait time in the waiting room before being called.

The doctors and staff at the Lakeland Drive location are the best. Very professional people, but even more caring and compassionate. I had cataract surgery in January and they couldn’t have made it easier. Their intake and exam professionals are very competent, while explaining everything they are doing as they go along. They take time to cover any questions you may have. Dr. Jeffries is great, and he makes sure he has answered any questions. And post surgery they make it a point to call and make sure everything is ok. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I waited a little longer than I would’ve liked to get back. The individual doing the eye exam was thorough, accepted, pleasant and explain everything in detail. The MD was pleasant and thorough. Explaining numerous different options. Easily the best experience I’ve had in my exam in 40 years.
