I was supposed to have a spinal injection this morning, which I was already nervous about, and when I arrived there were a number of people in the waiting room at 7:45 a.m. The receptionist was so rude and barked orders to sign, sit, and be sure to have my insurance card and ID ready when she called because she was having to check 3 people in at the same time. I said, “seems like this may take a while “ she made some kind of a snarky comment and I decided to scratch my name out and leave. I’m not an insurance card and I demand to be treated with kindness and respect. Not recommended!!!!

This surgery center is TOP NOTCH! Nurses and staff are GREAT. They are knowledgeable and sweet. From the moment I walked in, all the way to Doctor Buford and the surgery team, I was treated like a person and not just another number that they have to get finished with, then on to the next one they are "herding" through the shute like a bunch of cattle. Great experience. Sorry for the long speech, but I AM IMPRESSED!!!

Need to know why would the nurse manager had to be extremely rude to my wife after her procedure???she woke up in alot of pain and that nurse was rude to tell her what she did. Telling her your not getting anything and to get dress to get her out cause yall were behind today??? Their is no reason whatsoever to be rude to your paitents.. apparently you must had forgotten how to do your job and how to treat your clients.
