I literally created this Gmail account to leave an anonymous review because of how awful Ashley Tekippe is as a provider. If you're looking for a compassionate, caring, empathetic doctor, she is NOT it. I was referred to her for ongoing pain in my hip area, and from the start she came into the room with the wrong story, and an attitude that implied she could care less about my problem. She was judgmental, cold, lacked empathy, and extremely dismissive. She is a lazy physician, where unless you have an obvious problem, she will not work with you to figure it out, but try to pawn you off on other doctors and therapists. She offered no clarity about my pain, and mocked my therapy efforts. It's been months of therapy and multiple visits with her to make no progress. She is a waste of time and money.

My mom had an accident and we made a 3:15 appointment. When we arrived we were told by the receptionist she didn’t see our appointment. When we showed her the proof she said “I don’t know” and wait listed us. We waited for over an hour and when I went to check back in she was incredibly dismissive and rude. I pushed because my mom was in severe pain and she said “you should be the next ones in” not even 2 minutes later someone else was called. I got up and talked to the nurse who called the next patient to explain what was going on. She was more concerned with the volume of my voice rather than to address the issue. She said if I didn’t calm down I would have to leave. Mind you I was not shouting, swearing or anything. I was firm and stood my ground. Someone else walked by and said “I can step in if I need to” as if I was some terrible threat. The time for stepping in was when we checked in at 3:15 and our appointment wasn’t found. Now that I’m upset (rightfully so) after waiting over an hour, there are people wanting to “step in.” I said “yes someone should have stepped in an hour ago” I asked for a directors number and nobody had an answer. These people are completely incompetent and uninterested in their jobs.

Front office urgent care receptionist was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She was on the phone for a long time without acknowledging me. I stood for 15 mins with a bad knee. She then got off the phone and just stared at her screen still without any acknowledgment or a simple, I’ll be right with you? I had to approach her because I filled a save my spot and it went passed the time set up. Only then she’ll say something. Never going back there again.

I switched over to Fairview to get lymphedema treatment and it was so much better. Health Partners hardly had any available appointments available and I needed to see them 3 times a week. I was going weeks without treatment and was told to just wrap my legs myself. Really? If I could do that, I wouldn't need you. So glad Fairview scheduled me 2-3 times a week with better treatment. The two women I saw here spoke down to me. I was also given a pair of large, heavy shoes to wear. I told them I was concerned about driving in those but they didn't care. I got home (25 miles away) but almost had a couple of accidents. I've been getting Fairview lymphedema treatment 2-3 times a week and my legs are so much better! I no longer use a walker and only need support stockings (sometimes with a Velcro self wrap). I wish I had switched over to Fairview sooner.

Worse experience ever. I seen Dr. Nicholas M Edwards. The nurse said she was ordering a xray for my back. After waiting a long time the doctor finally came in did not even see me for two minutes and diagnosed me without even touching my back and prescribed muscle relaxers . He wouldnt have ordered a mri if i hadnt asked for one( which I cant get for over a week) he said it wouldnt change my treatment plan He didn't even explain the medication or what it would do. He didn't ask about my pain or anything I have been doing to help or what I been going thru I think he just read my records and assumed things. I left crying n hurt n upset the doctor didn't care one bit about me my pain or treatment I been suffering for days I will be going to the emergency room. I would not recommend Tria.
