St Louis Park MN Great job Staff 💯 I have had 10 MRI X Ray ect w Rayus since 2018. St Louis Park Staff has really improved. Just wish Maple Grove, all the staff would do the same. The overall vibe there is different less concern for the patient pain level need of assistance comfort level during scans or treatments. Not as much friendly conversation. It really doesn’t take much effort to treat people w kindness & a little more empathy. I hope this will encourage the staff to do better 👍🏽✌️ 11/2035 St Louis Park location I have had 2 spinal injections in the past 6 month. The Technicians have been excellent very good at their jobs , go above & beyond to make sure youn are as comfortable as possible. They treat you like a friend converse with you which is rare all while being professionals. The receptionist are also very helpful, friendly too. The Med Ass could use a little work with these skills but overall we’re fine. I highly recommend the St Lois Park location if you have a choice
I am surprised they get any business done. It took two weeks for Rayus to call me after my provider put in the request for an X-Ray. (I won't get into that runaround, but their call center and operations are a nightmare.) Then it took two weeks to get the appointment. When we got there we sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before I asked what was taking so long. Then they told me the x-ray machine broke and we would we have to reschedule and come back another time. Nothing like taking time off of work, pulling my daughter out of school, coordinating with my family on other plans, all for nothing. I am surprised the employees don't wear clown outfits because they are running a circus. This is not my first experience with their circus, but it will hopefully be my last. I highly recommend seeking other options. They have really gone downhill since Rayus bought CDI.
I had the absolute best man do my scan and I’ve had plenty. He was so kind, so good incredibly good and always kept in contact what he was doing. He was absolutely the best I’ve ever had and I go to Mayo also. Thank you to the gentleman who did my scan so much appreciate you. The lady that helped me at the front desk was my hero. She also SO KIND, so helpful. You have an incredible staff there. The lady at the desk that checked me in went above and beyond to help me sign the documents needed. Thank you dear lady uour a 💎 Gem
The Front desk and insurance team reaaly came through for me today. My insurance changed literally today and I now needed a preathorization fo rmy procedure. This usually takes at least 3-4 days. Well, they worked their magic today and somehow how it authorized today! I was waiting for an epidural block and in severe pain. Being able to still get the injection today was HUGE!. Thank you to Love (FD ASC), Nina and Amelia! (insurance team) You guys ROCK! PS The Doctor and his staff were also great! The procedure went super quick and easy.
