I have had two procedures at the Plymouth location and both times I have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, and cleanliness of the facility. The staff, from front desk to nurses to doctors, were all kind and compassionate. I will continue to do my care there.

The procedure I had this week went as smoothly as it could however, I was sent my results in the portal without any call from my doctor to review them. When I called to ask about reviewing them they said the next apt wasn’t until April. I voiced that I’m still experiencing severe symptoms including chest pain and that my results require next steps and more testing and I felt like I was just a number to this place. It felt like there was no urgency in assisting me with next steps regarding my results which were concerning to me AND the fact that I’ve been living with severe symptoms for quite sometime.

This place is just wonderful! I've had two procedures here and medical staff if wonderful, efficient and very compassionate. The most recent experience, kudos to Claudia (admitting nurse); Maddie (intra procedure nurse); Matt (Recovery), Sue (CRNA);Dr Blomberg, Dr Stern and most of all Dr. VanHandel--who is always the best !! I give then 10 stars! Keep up the excellent service. I didn't feel like a number, like some places make you feel and never rushed either; they also explain things and make sure you understand everything they are doing! Highly recommend!!!

My PCP recommended MNGI, and I am thankful that she did. MNGI is thorough and runs like a well-oiled machine. After my consult, I was able to purchase the prep kit with clear, precise instructions at their front desk (instead of being sent with a lengthy list of prescriptions to a specialized pharmacy, which was only open during limited hours, and a sheet of vague instructions--that was my experience at another facility in the past). In addition, I cannot say enough about Dr. Stern, with whom I was able to have a consult appointment prior to the procedure. She was SO understanding and respectful of the concerns I had because my GI tract is rather difficult, and she took the time to talk through my options. The procedure was successful, and I am grateful!!!

An efficient, well-organized and caring experience having a procedure at this location. Everything ran smoothly and everyone on the team from the check in staff to the nurse to the anesthesiologist (who reminded me to pick someplace fun and then have a nice nap!) and the gastroenterologist (Dr Emily Stern) were professional, answered my questions and helped me feel like I was in good hands. Results were provided quickly.
