Do not go there for anything! Very unsafe with nurses and staff MDs who are NOT professional at all. I had 2 procedures there and both went bad. MD second time Dr. Marjan did not even have the decency to come and talk to me after the procedure went wrong!!!Left me hanging with no explanation or pain pills! How horrible!I tried to complain but only got a staff nurse who just covered for her. That place is lawsuits waiting to happen!!! They are over booked and overloaded!!! They do not care and do not do their jobs professionally at all!! So very sad!

I had a appointment at 9:15 am then had to wait to be call to the back at 11:30 then got ready to go for my surgery then got to 1:30, then got rescheduled this place its a joke. Waste of my time n gas waste my whole morning without eating n drinking too. Would give a zero star if possible.

The lady who supposedly checked in my husband in suite 6 did not communicate with the receptionist in suite 2 building that my husband is in the lobby waiting. Waited 2 hours to be called. Time wasted. They finally called my husband in at 11am when I asked what’s going on. Little did I know, he was changed in to gown prepped ready for a small procedure but was still waiting for 2 more hours. This is ridiculous! Very Unprofessional!

Front desk staff or whoever is managing the phones is super rude. Everytime I call here the people handling the phones are EXTREMELY rude. I called in to ask about what to do about a certain issue a patient was having and right away the lady over the phone said “you just called 8mins ago I was just talking to you” I told her no that was not me and she responded with “yes it was” I swore to her that it was not me but either way why do I have to go to the extent of swearing I wasn’t on the phone with her? Is this not customer service and a medical facility? People go here to be treated and families are under stress and anxiety not to mention fear of what’s happening to their family member. This staff that runs the phone has no compassion towards anyone on the other end of the phone. I as the patient or patients family member is coming to you for help and the staff the answers the phone has no compassion at all for that. I hope the management starts listening to the phone calls they answer because I am appalled by the staffs rudeness over the phone.

Words are failing me on what I can say to describe how awful of an experience I had dealing with the front staff! My faith in humanity has been diminished. I had ordered door dash, I’m and pregnant and very uncomfortable and I ordered Panera for a little pick me up. The dasher decided to leave my order with the front staff. At this clinic instead of finding me. The staff there just assumed I wasn’t going to hunt it down. However, 20 min after it was delivered we went down to retrieve my 57$ order and they had already consumed it/ or in the process of consuming it! Disrespectful, rude? And very impatient! I am very disappointed. You bet your bottom dollar I’m gonna teach my kids to be better than that!
