I wouldn't even rate this place. I was sent to pain management by my primary and neurosurgeon and was told unless I am willing to go against my neuro and get either injections or a spinalcord stimulator done. That is the only things he is willing to do even though neuro said he DIDN'T want that because of the chance of infection and also because I have issues with roid rage with steroids. Dr. Ifechi told me there is to many cooks in the kitchen to go back to neuro or primary for pain management because the doctors want me to be able to have relief. I suffer from a condition that has been causing pain, swelling of my stomach, weakness, coordination issues, plus I pop so hard and loud that not only does it cause pain that feels like I am being shot, but it causes my spine to feel cold like I have liquid nitrogen being dumped on my back. No matter how much a snap and pop my thorasic it comes back. I was sent to him for pain management and got told to bad I am not doing anything to help you. This clinic and Mayo Painmanagment won't help you if you need pain meds, which is wrong for a doctor to do!!! It is also illegal for a doctor to place a patient in danger when they have health issues that cause their bloodwork to be all messed up. This doctor needs to lose his license!!! Now this man put it in my file that I REFUSED everything and only want pain medication which was NOT what was said. Thank God for recordings. This all will go so well when I call Minnesota Health Board tomorrow & when I go see my neurosurgeon again.

Worst experience EVER. My primary sent me there so they could handle the prescriptions for my fibro flares. I had injections and then while in flares was told to go back to my primary just to get yo yoed back and forth and then my primary refused to see me anymore for fibromyalgia.

I had just moved to Minnesota and had finally found this provider to manage my baclophen pump. My pump was alarming the first time I visited for a refill of baclophen. This provider took advantage of my less Than cognitive condition to trick me into signing an agreement which would lead to them turning my baclophen pump down over time until it was at an extremely low rate, at which point, they plan to eliminate all baclophen and replace it with saline. Every visit since then, I've begged and pleaded with the provider, asking them to stop turning my pump down because the spasticity that I'm experiencing is extremely painful and has a major impact on my quality of life. However, they continue to blatantly refuse to do as I would like them to. Refusing to take into consideration my wishes, needs, and quality of life.

Today I had my first appointment with Michael Muchiri. He was absolutely amazing. This was the most informative appointment I've ever had. He took the time to completely explain what was going on with my neck, what each symptom meant, and what we should do moving forward and why. The entire experience was fantastic. I was checked in and taken back to the exam room within minutes by people that actually had a sense of humor. I left the Pain Management Center feeling more hopeful for the future than I have in a long time.

I am pretty much just repeating what others are saying, the dr didn't care! The experience was super disappointing. He didn't even bother to find out his history. He doesn't care. The Dr even said I doubt he has the condition but didn't bother to say why or try to figure out what it was instead. I would not recommend going.
