From start to finish, the team here is knowledgeable and kind. I received such quality care. I could not have asked for a smoother surgical experience. Thank you!

Very impressed with my experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I appreciated that I was never rushed — there was always time for questions and I felt very empowered as a patient. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and my surgeon Dr. Gaertner took the best care of me. Easily one of the most positive medical experiences of my life.❤️‍🩹

Absolute lack of respect for people’s time. Cancel appointments if you are running so far behind (3+hours behind). Instead, patients are waiting in pre-op for hours without the ability to cancel. This was a very common theme among others in the waiting room. One woman said, never come here early, appointments are always behind.

I was scheduled for surgery and they canceled it 2 days before I was due to have surgery due to bmi. I was not having cosmetic surgery but a surgery cancer related! They had my pre op paperwork for A WEEK before all of a sudden deciding they could not allow me to have surgery at their location due to BMI! they couldn't even call to tell me they canceled my surgery. Talk about discrimination. 🤬

They canceled my appointment the day before the appointment due to a BMI classification. I've had the surgery booked for 3 months, im the same weight now as I was then, and suddenly the day before the appointment it's an issue. I booked my entire august and september based on this surgery. Had they called me last week, it would have been salvagable. Now I have to re-do a pre-op physical, reschedule the surgery, and fit it into the schedule that I adjusted because of the surgery. The issue is understandable, the way this was handled (canceling the day before the surgery) was completely unacceptable.
