I have been to the surgery center before and have always been impressed with everyone on the team but last week when I was there it was by far the best compassion, empathy, and care I have ever received! Dr. Wilson and her nurses, and wonderful staff made me laugh, and cared so much! I would highly suggest using this surgery center for any upcoming outpatient surgeries!

My shoulder surgery was on 08/01/2024. Everything went very smoothly. The staff was great and treated me very well. Everything was well managed and planned out. Nothing was rushed and I felt like the staff truly cared about me as an individual. This was my 21st surgical procedure and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend the TCO Crosstown Surgery Center and the TCO staff.

I’m an RN with a critical eye for excellence. This was my first experience with Crosstown Surgical Center in Edina, MN. The care and CARING from every employee there on 12/16/22 was top knotch. I’ll be recommending their facility to my neighbors on NEXTDOOR. I kept commenting to the staff how evident it was that they enjoyed working with each other - which says a lot about how well managed this facility is. In fact, I’m thinking about applying to be part of their team, I was that impressed.

Staff is very friendly and their doctors are extremely knowledgeable. I had surgery done to replace my ACL and repair my meniscus. The surgery was 10 months ago, and I am back to doing what I love (downhill skiing)! I did PT somewhere else due to location issues, so I do not know much about their PT program. I know quite a few people who have also been with TCO and never had problems. Easy 5 stars.
