Very good doctors! Clinics and surgical center also amazing (Chaska and Shakopee). You don’t need to wait on a phone for 15-30 minutes to talk to a front desk as at MNGI. Bhatti GI able to make appointment at a reasonable time, not like MNGI. I saw several providers and happy with all of them.

The team at Bhatti has been amazing! I never felt like just another patient, they took the time to listen and give options for weight loss. I have been very pleased with the results of my weight loss. Megan and Natalie have been super helpful and responsive. I would recommend Bhatti for anyone considering help with weight loss.

Summary: this is actually a great location with a great doctor. Please don't let long phone hold times sway you otherwise... I write this as I wait on hold to speak to a receptionist. But that is not the prime reason for my review. I came to see Dr. Bhatti for a rare situation in that I have elevated free copper levels, as well as other metal levels in my blood. Despite having other digestive complaints too, this was my main concern. Dr. Bhatti actually listened to my situation. I came to him with my questions and he may not have had answers, but he sought them out with a biopsy. Being a young woman, I have been overlooked so much... even when I ask the right questions or put in the backend research to make sure I can collaborate with my doctors, very few are willing to even entertain or think outside the box on my issue. I appreciate Dr. Bhatti for doing this and actually questioning things that didn't add up. One star is deducted because I haven't had the easiest time getting ahold of the receptionist or with the nurses and it does seem a bit disorganized in terms of getting information from each group. It does seem that the nurses make easily avoidable mistakes. Active listening to patient's concerns or requests could reduce these errors (sending correct lab orders, sending correct orders to the correct facility, sending scripts to the right facility), and I hope this improves in the future. But compared to the the quality of Dr. Bhatti's work as a whole and his legitimate care for patients, this is a minor issue. I have never met a more swift and knowledgeable physician who can also deliver quality and compassionate care - these are far too often mutually exclusive, but Dr. Bhatti exhibits both at the same time. He deserves the stars, so I am still giving them.

Terrible. Not only do they not answer the phone for patients, they can't seem to communicate between their two locations. I went here because of good review at at the time. You can see in the last few years so many terrible reviews. The office staff are often not helpful. Worse, Dr Bhatti would barely spend any time with me. Will check his phone constantly instead of giving me his attention. And he is not at all aware of who I am as his patient. He gets many details wrong and I have to correct him. He suggested some of my symptoms were because I had my gallbladder removed, but I do have my gallbladder. And it makes me question him as a doctor when he's not looking at the details in my chart to help inform my care. And Dr Bhatti seems irritated if I ask about medication, side effects, or ask even minimal questions. I'm done with this doctor and this practice.

I have had the best experience at Bhatti GI, after seeing multiple gastroenterologist's, Bhatti GI is the only place that has helped me figure out the cause of my reflux symptoms. I had a medical procedure done to correct the cause and no longer have to take prescription medications for reflux! I would highly recommend Bhatti GI to anyone with GI issues!!! All of the staff I have been in contact with there have been very helpful and are very personable. Thank you to all the staff there, keep up the great work that you all do!!!!
