Had a cyst drain an removal today Shawna and her team took very good care of me everyone was nice and professional the moment I walked in for it to be so early in the morning everyone had positive attitudes and was happy to do they’re jobs Dr.Mitch and his team did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable as well and that I was properly taking care of and set for a speedy recovery I definitely recommend this center for care and surgeries!!.

Despite having communicated with Allina regarding billing prior to my surgery date, the facility threatened to cancel my surgery on the day of. I was brought back to the surgery prep area after being told initially that there weren’t any problems, but while I was being prepared for surgery, my husband was coerced into making a large payment that was meant for our more immediate needs. He was told that if he didn’t pay, then my surgery would be canceled, and that billing later wasn’t an option. I learned of this right after my procedure. It was quite traumatic coming out of anesthesia and realizing that we didn’t have money for things I needed for recovery because the surgery center wanted their money that day, “or else”. Luckily the transaction was voided the same day, otherwise I don’t know what we would have done. This place puts profits before patients. Sure, it’s new and fancy and looks nice, but the trauma they have caused me can’t be undone.
