I went in with a torn calf unable to walk for a week already. The Dr ordered an MRI, I was told that my insurance provider needed to approve the MRI and I need to wait up to 5-14 more days to get an MRI. When I called my insurance they told me there is no approval needed, so I called Tria back to inform them of this but was told that it says approval is needed. When I tried to give them the number my insurance provided me to get approval to speed it up they declined and said I would just have to wait. I wish zero stars was an option.

I went in for a 20 minute initial appointment, they tested my strength, sold me a rubber band to strengthen my ankle. Little did I know they charged me $ 700.00 for a 20 minute appointment, if I had known that I would've gone to my previous therapist which was out of network, but charges less than half of this place. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF SO BADLY!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

After years of unsuccessful treatment with a different TRIA physician, switching to Dr. Hassan changed everything. His expertise in restorative approaches and genuine ability to listen made me feel truly heard for the first time. He developed a comprehensive treatment and surgical plan that has transformed my quality of life. I’m now 6 months post-op and feeling amazing—like myself again. If you’re dealing with hip pain and feel like your concerns aren’t being taken seriously, I highly recommend Dr. Hassan. He makes a real difference.

TRIA Surgery Center in Bloomington is an excellent choice should you need Orthopedic surgery. I've had two total hip replacement surgeries this year, and am very impressed with the superior professional teams that make 'same-day-to-home' surgery possible. All staff are very friendly and caring, and the many nurses you will meet are stellar as you move from arrival, to prep, surgery, recovery room, observation, and last home discharge. They are all kind, upbeat, and personable explaining the surgery process steps, asked if I had questions, and made sure I knew how the surgery day would proceed from arrival to home. Big shoutout to best "Cheeks to Sheets" nurse team ever...

My mother recently had an MRI at this facility, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The nurse was noticeably rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Their attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic empathy or understanding of cultural differences. I don’t want to assume intentions, but their behavior reflected a lack of cultural awareness and respect, which made the visit unnecessarily stressful for my mother and me. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and dignity — especially in a medical setting where they are already anxious or vulnerable. I truly hope the management provides additional training in cultural sensitivity and patient care so that no one else has to feel the way we did.
