I had shoulder surgery last week and the whole staff was wonderful. Especially my nurse, Jenny! She was caring, thoughtful, efficient, and funny! We laughed during the pre-op procedure which made my anxiety go way down. Jenny, you are the best!!!!

The receptionist and the nurses go above and beyond making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The nurse gave me warm blankets and made sure whatever I needed was provided. The anesthesiologist came in and explained everything that would be happening and answered questions. Everyone was friendly and made my experience the best it possibly could be. They took the time to make the difference! Thank you!

My daughter, son and I all have had surgery here in the last 6 months. My children were under Dr. Krafts care and he did an amazing job! Both children were well taken care of by staff ! I wouldn’t have asked for a better experience. I just had surgery yesterday and the staff and my Doctor (Dr.Senica) made sure I was informed about everything happening and did an amazing job. Again I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for myself ! Thank you brainerd surgery center for being so compassionate, helpful, informative and just absolutely wonderful to deal with.

I was really nervous about my procedure, everyone was amazing at making me feel at ease. Nurse did IV first time with little pain and no bruising. All nursing staff were amazing!! Anesthesiologist explained everything and was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Waters is the best. I recommend this surgery center!!!
