Only giving them a 2 because the nurses and check in staff were so nice. Was not impressed with the doctor. Was quick to say it wasn't his fault when I felt way more pain than normal when I woke up from an EGD. He didn't ask to examine me or run any tests. Just said it wasnt his fault and sent me away to the ER. Just felt very overlooked. Will not go back to this doctor for another procedure.
