What a truly awful and unprofessional experience at Waterford Surgical Center! From the unpleasant and nasty front desk receptionist upon arrival, to the nerve block being administered without sedation by an extremely arrogant and condescending anesthesiologist, and a surgery that was performed almost 4 hours past my scheduled time, this facility proved to be one of the worst in Michigan! If your surgeon uses multiple facilities for his/her procedures, please schedule with one of them instead!!!

Full hip replace. I was extremely stressed waited way to long because of my fear. Very nice facility, but aren't the all? The nurses are great that sets this place apart. Melissa, Marney and Dawn were amazing women. Thank you ladies so much!! Apologies to all the other wonderful staff that I did not meet on a name base. I was early they got me in early and out early. I highly recommend this place any time its an option.

I had an excellent experience at this surgical facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone—from the front desk to the nurses and surgical team—was professional, kind, and reassuring. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. I was given clear explanations about every step of the process, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions. The care I received before, during, and after my procedure was exceptional.

This facility is great, the people were very helpful things flowed smoothly. My wife had a procedure done here and when she came back from surgery when she woke up the nerve block was unsuccessful. We had to be here at 12:30, surgery was 1:30ish and when she came out and was in severe pain Marne the nurse was so compassionate, caring and wonderful they have true gem in her. Marne and another gal stayed till 7pm until my wife was comfortable enough to travel. The facility was Very Very nice and clean. Almost felt like an A listers type of place. It beats any of the hospitals we have ever been to for any our health procedures. Great work Waterford Surgery Center. Thank you for a Great experience. you get (5 STARS)

Everyone here was super friendly and patient. I was really nervous since I had never had surgery before. They answered all my questions and put all my worries at ease. I had great care which made me feel super comfortable and helped my nerves.
