They gave my daughter a report time of 12:45pm for a procedure we were told was a 10 minute procedure. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited am hour in the waiting room. Now we have been sitting in pre-op for almost an hour and a half! Over two hours and they still haven't started the procedure! Then the front desk closes while people are still waiting family to come out of surgery! Oh but hey there's a phone number you can call if you need to reach the staff that is back in surgery. Very unprofessional and shows a lack of organization! No one should be waiting over two hours for a ten minute procedure!

I am really dissapointed in the office staff..On January 4th I fell and possibly have a separated shoulder..It is extremely painful..I made a appointment for a MRI for January 21st..I was told on that day I wasn't even scheduled. Someone didn't turn in my Prior Authorization papers to my insurance until the day before! Now who knows how long I will have to wait! This is unacceptable!

My wife had her knee replacement surgery at this surgery center. They are outstanding, from the initial point of contact, DR Jeffery Mendelson lead us through the steps right through the surgery. The staff and nurses are very kind and caring, the IV anesthesiologist, surgeon and assistants , the recovery nurses, provide follow up information and instructions, they called on the phone and checked in with us before we went to bed for the night to see if everything was going good. These are the benchmark that other centers should be measured by. We certainly recommend this medical center of excellence, they were understanding, and kind , we have never had any joint replacements, it can be a little bit of a worry, all of that was cleared away, these are the most skilled and knowledgeable doctors and nurses we have ever met. You can trust them completely to do the right things for you or your family when you need to get a replacement. Knee , hip, shoulder. They will provide the information and caring service you need and deserve.

I am a complicated case and Dr Kassa has followed a progressive plan that made my spinal pain go away. Between procedures he was able to keep me pain-free so I could continue working. He is doing everything to avoid surgery. I appreciate his informed and open “bedside manner”. I trust this team!

From the moment that I was taking back into preop, every nurse I encountered was so kind and comforting. They were able to take good care of me so that I wasn’t scared for my surgery. When I woke up from surgery again, they were kind and comforting. Dr. Mayo explained everything And the anesthesiologist Dr. Davis was wonderful and funny. -From my wife
