Had a knee manipulation in the end of June 2025! Anesthesiologist messed up the nerves of my leg, it has been 5 months and I barely can walk! Doing lot of therapy, but not improving! I see that other people have problems with nerve block! Maybe the doctors should be more careful!!! I am not happy, I am a dancer and need my legs working properly!!!

Just had ankle surgery with Dr. Fortin and I can't express to you enough the absolute high level of professionalism and care at this facility! The entire staff are all extremely kind, warm, loving and funny...thank you nurse Chris for being you...you made it such a great experience!!♥️ God bless this entire staff!!♥️🙏

I want to reach out to Dr. Perry Greene and the entire staff at UnaSource Surgery Center. I have never experienced a nicer group of people to take care of me. They so impressed me with their professionalism, cheerfulness, they were very comforting and they were fun. And this was all the day before Thanksgiving! I especially want to reach out to Dr. Greene whom I admire not only as my surgeon but as a man. He is a wonderful person. This was my fourth surgery performed by him (today was total right hip replacement). He also did the total left hip in 2015 and both knees together in 2018. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Greene and the entire staff at UnaSource. Our toddler recently had his surgery here. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with so much care. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They all really helped take the edge off and calmed our nerves. The nursing staff was so friendly and our toddler felt safe. The small touches like bringing our son a balloon with a race car on it (because they asked us what he likes) and putting a bandage on his stuffy to match his bandage really made the whole experience that much more special. Our son was so proud of himself and what could have been a super scary experience is one that we all look back on with positive memories.

Had neck and shoulder surgeries at UnaSource and was very pleased with both experiences. Loved the clean and efficiently run facilities and private recovery rooms. Definitely preferred over a hospital setting. Staff was pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.
