I wish I could give 10 stars!! I just this morning got my tonsils removed and all the staff were super sweet and compassionate; in the past it has taken quite a lot of tries to get my iv in because I have not great veins for it but my nurses had it done in less than half the time! Process was super efficient and i really appreciate how staff can joke around and be lighthearted; I would recommend to everyone ! Additionally top tier bedside manner and going above and beyond (:

I just had my surgery here and the staff was amazing. Both the morning and night shift nurses were all awesome and accommodating. Ivy was the best. She was my night nurse and went above and beyond to help ease my concerns and it made my stay so much easier. She explained everything they were doing before they did it (catheter removal) which helped a lot. Everything she said was 100% accurate and my recovery is going great thanks to her. The food was ordered from a local restaurant and it was delicious! This facility is wonderful. Great team. Great service. Expectations were managed. I wish I could tell everyone how thankful I am for their kindness. I had a lot of anxiety going in and the nurse team is the reason I am doing so well now that I am at home. Thank you everyone! Ivy, Chris, and the rest of the team. Your positive attitudes are infectious and keep us looking forward when we are scared or anxious. (I didn't show my appreciation while I was there, but it meant a lot to me.) If you are debating between having surgery here or at the main hospital, this is the better choice. By far.

My 5 yr old daughter was having surgery there and every staff member we met were so very freindly. Everyone seemed to love what they do. I work in health care and not everyday staff feels happy but they all kept it together and smiled and cheered her on. No complaints here! Way to go everyone. You made her feel safe and it was a great experience.

This place is awesome! I had cataract surgery here and the staff from the initial phone call to registration to pre-op to surgery then post op were fantastic! All the staff were excellent, caring and great bedside manners. Dr. McManus did a top notch job, I can see so clearly now! Thank you to everyone at Copper Ridge Surgery Center. Highly recommend.

The medical staff doctors nurses aids are absolutely wonderful amazing bedside manner. The pre-surgical billing department lacks a little bit as they took days and days to return a phone call which I needed to know to be prepared for what I had to pay upfront the room I was in was a little bit to be desired. It was very small and only had one channel for TV, but that stuff’s not important to considering my medical needs were met, and I cannot say enough about their nurses and doctors extremely good staff.
