I'm here with my 86 y.o. mother who waited for an hour and a half to be seen (not inclusive of the actual prep and treatment time). Of course I advocated on her behalf; to no avail. When there is sincere anxiety surrounding a surgery, waiting exacerbates that worry..#sad #wehavetodobetter
