Honestly the most frustrating healthcare organization ever. Try and schedule a new appointment. It's almost impossible. Between my wife and I we have left over 20 messages with multiple offices for various situations and received exactly zero call backs. Only by calling and praying someone answers can one get an appointment. Truly awful customer service.

Very friendly staff and was able to fit me in quickly for my GI issues! They listen to you and try to find a solution to make sure you get to the bottom of your issues. Great team and I trust them with looking after my GI needs.

Terrible communication and therefore patient care. Takes ages to get a call back to schedule appointments. They close their practice, move offices, and cancel appointments by posting on facebook and sending "patient portal" messages instead of calling patients who take time off of work to go to their appointments only to find their appointment was not only moved to another facility, but was cancelled altogether. Will be transferring care to a different provider. Would not recommend wasting your time here especially if you have a severe disease that requires regular care. Add on charges for procedures are not disclosed upfront and they tell you it will be $1000 (NOT billed through insurance) when you show up to your procedure leaving you caught off-guard and you either enter in to a payment plan or have to cancel or reschedule.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for seven years. During that time I have had five colonoscopy procedures due to a condition called serrated polyposis. In every procedure, Dr. Jones has been professional, knowledgeable and has treated me with compassion. He will always take time to completely answer all of my questions in a way that is easy to understand. I have complete confidence in him and believe that he has quite probably saved me from colon cancer. I fully recommend him to anyone requiring a colonoscopy.

The staff was amazing making me feel very at ease was my first colonoscopy and the first major appt I have ever had since my husband died a few years ago. I felt very alone and they helped calm my nerves and it was like they knew my inner feelings. I just felt like those ladies had my back. As for the dr I had I was not to impressed with him. He was very nice and polite but he seemed he was focused on my weight to much for me I am just an average sized person but he made me feel like I was a huge elephant.
