Incredible experience of total hip replacement by Donald Knapke, MD at OSI just yesterday. The staff and doctor were skilled, pleasant, attentive and always at hand to answer any questions and care for every possible need. I am so grateful to have found both my surgeon and such a comfortable and well staffed surgical center for this surgery and the follow up PT that sent me home safely and in very little pain. I’d give every member of the OSI team 10 out of 5 stars!

More importantly the staff…I can’t say enough about how amazing the Nurses and Doctors are. Dr. Bartholomew is without question the very best in the business. Have been here twice this year for knee surgery on both knees. The staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly and caring. Very well organized process. Hope to not need to ho back but highly recommend them.

My wife and I were very impressed with the staff. The building is very clean and she was not rushed out. Nursing staff is great! Lazy State of Michigan inspector parked right in front of the building. Patients are taken out to go home and she took up a prime spot... Who does that? Park off to the side...
