Left message.with AI three days and messaged humans the other days. Very cruel place found a better and kinder provider with well-run office elsewhere. Don’t go here.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Most unprofessional & awful place I have ever encountered. And so many people I know have a problem with this place. Gave my grandmother the wrong steroid shot and said “oh my gosh this is the wrong shot, let me go get the right one” after they had already injected her! Never return calls. Wanted $500 out of pocket for a MRI when my grandmothers insurances covers it and the front office knows this because they have done it before. Only seen the doctor one time since she’s been there in 4 years. All the girls up at the front do is gossip and have no care for their patients. One of the front office questioned my grandmother because she had came in for a urine test and a steroid shot - she had called ahead of time regarding this. The lady called my grandmother a liar and stated she never called. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down!

Honestly I went in, the receptionist was kind, they got me in fast for my appointment and the the Dr. was kind, considerate, and thoughtful, then turned out he new my Pain Specialist, I would recommend anyone to this Facility.

I've been going to Michigan Neurology and Spine for a few years now. I reave had good experiences there. I have had MRI's, X-rays, neuropathy testing, And treatment for migraines, chronic pain, spinal problems, carpal tunnel and more. Generally people see one of the nurse practitioners or a physical therapist, but the Doctor meets with you when needed and all of the staff I've met are very nice and do a great job! For people going there for pain management, they do have strict rules and guidelines. They have to. It's for the patients safety as well as being the law.

The medical assistants are extremely rude, unprofessional and treat you like an inconvenience. Also wait times are beyond ridiculous even just for urine testing. However, I do like the doctors that I've seen so far and the ladies at the front desk are friendly and efficient.
