I had a great experience, in undesired circumstances, with all O.A. staff members. I had more contact with some more than others, at least that's what I remember! Racheal and I had a nice conversation while I was being prepped, put me at ease. Michelle's call the next day was a nice caring touch. Thanks to all Care Team members!

From the Doctors, nurses, receptionist, xray, people who wheel wheelchair, cleaning staff staff, were kind and helpful. I was there for an injection in my back. I was very nervous everyone listened to fears. They all explained what would happen. They everything they said was true for me.
