The staff & doctors were amazing! The road were horrible. They were covered in ice & snow. I had surgery on Jan 21st and 5 miles from the hospital my driver (my grandson) started to slip & slide and another vehicle hit our car and caused us to hit the divider. The Bone & Joint Center cared about us & the car. The emergency road service & police took such great care to help us and get us to the hospital within an hour of the accident. The nursing staff gave my grandson a care package of yum yums and kept checking on him to make sure he was okay. I cannot say enough about how caring & concerned the medical staff were. The Bone & Joint Surgery Center will always be my place for a Bone & Joint Surgery!! Thank you all!!

10/10 loved this place my grandma had shoulder surgery there but had a car accident on our way there and we call them to let them know what happened and that we would be late and they told us it was fine and that they would wait for us and when we got there they gave me a little goodie bag with small snacks and praised me for getting her there 10/10 will recommend this place to people and took 2 ish hours on a surgery that was supposed to take 5 %100 loved this place

I’ve now visited twice for labral repair / FAI surgery. One side in June and the other side yesterday. Both times were excellent experiences. The facility is very efficient, very clean and most importantly the staff are amazing. I was quite nervous both times and the nurses and aides put me right at ease, and were very attentive both pre and post op. They also called the next day both times to check on me and answer any questions I had. I could not recommend this place more!

Do not have surgery here. They care more about profit then their patients and their family. Husband had surgery there 2 days ago and we will never be back. Worse outpatient surgery experience ever. Have had many out patient surgeries and procedures. I've worked in the OR, so I know how things should be done. Walked in. Sign states surgeon will only call person with patient after surgery is done. Post-op nurse will call person with patient to meet them at discharge door. Our cellular reception is bad, you may want to wait somewhere else on campus for your calls. Surgeon too busy to talk with person with patient after surgery? Horrible cost savings on their part and very rude. Person can't wait with patient in recovery and help them get dressed?? Post-op instructions given over the phone?? Went into pre op to wait with husband for surgery. His gown had a crusty brown spot on it. (He can't eat or drink so its not from him.) His sheet had so much gunk on it the sheet was wrinkled in with the gunk. If they don't check on what they're giving their patients to wear and don't care about what their patients lay on what else don't they care about? If they allow that kind if dirty stuff for their patients in a public area, not really sure about the cleanliness in the OR where public can't see it. Interesting that they have patient sign their discharge instructions in pre-op, which includes that all belongings have been returned. This is false charting on the nurses part. Probably should have canceled surgery; but time was of the essence.

After recently having my second knee replacement surgery from Dr. Knapp, i would like to thank the WHOLE STAFF for being very professional. I've had two good experiences with them. And not to take anything away from anyone there, i want to give a shout out to Dana who made the pre surgery prep actually fun. She's a hoot. I had her on the first one as well and she does a great job at making people at ease. Thank you all again. Great job Dr. Knapp and Jonathan Hirsch.
