I just had a EGD done in this surgical center. My surgeon, anesthesia nurse were excellent and nice to me except the person who took care of me in the recovery room. Her name is JOY but she refused to give her last name. She was very rude,rough and pushy to me. She didn't even wait me to full wake up before discharge. She was telling other employees that I was so slow to put my cloths on.She was rushing me out of the recovery room without me feeling awake and come to myself . I'm not happy with the service she provided me. I hope she reads this and treats better to other patients .

Scheduling seems to be an issue, took mom for colonoscopy, had appointment time of 11am, didn't get called back until 11:59, we sat in the lobby long enough, even the receptionist was wondering what was going on. My poor mom was so hungry and they drug it out too long.

I had surgery there on 8/9/18. I was treated with dignity and respect. They listened to me and answered any questions I had. I felt like even as busy as they were I was the only one there needing attention. My whole team was awesome. 5 Star rating from me and I will for sure be back. I will recommend your facility to all that will listen. Thank you
