Today I had an endoscopy and overall the care was exceptional. Dr Huang, was awesome. From Madison the receptionist, to Sarah the admission RN, the Anestologist and Staff in the procedure room (sorry I don't recall all the names) all were very professional. Additionally the CRNA Barney and Barb the post procedure RN were exceptional. It is very easy to get white coat syndrome going for a procedure like that but ALL the staff made every effort to bring the stress down. This is the fourth time I have had a procedure at this facility and have NEVER had an uncomfortable experience. I can highly recommend receiving care at this facility. If the Manager has the ability to recognize the staff in some monetary way for exceptional care, I would HIGHLY support this.

The doctor I had performing my colonoscopy made me aspirate and I got stomach fluid in my lungs, my oxygen level dropped, and they were minutes from sending me to Midland Hospital. I did get pretty good care after the whole incident, but it took an extra 4 hours before I got out of there.

Great experience! My first colonoscopy and Dr. Diaz and nursing staff made me feel more comfortable with the procedure. I even received a call the day after checking in to see how I was doing. Definitely a great team.

My procedure went fine and I felt the care was adequate. However, I felt like I was in a production line. Staff spent minimal time with me and seemed at best rushed including my physician. My questions were answered by staff while they walked out of my room. There were two staff members whose care and kindness were examples of how it can be done. Kelly C who checked me in was kind, took her time with me and my husband and we even shared some laughs. My pre op nurse Jessica F was wonderful and kind. She even spent a few minutes just chatting! She advocated for me with the anesthesiologist. I am grateful for them
